Forza Forward: A Platform for the Future
Lead by Chris Graves and Doug Youngson, Forza Forward is a strategic vision dedicated to Excellence for the Chapters. Our mission is to honor the heritage of the Ferrari Club of America while actively developing its future through structural reform and community empowerment.
This executive summary outlines a roadmap for operational excellence, ensuring our national leadership is responsive, transparent, and fully aligned with the needs of our members and regional partners.

Operational Design
National Executive Committee Reform
Strategic focus on filling critical National vacancies including Vice President, Technology Chair, and Communications Chair to ensure operational stability and modern standards.
Expanded Leadership Roles
Introduction of new chairs: Regional Partnership, Rally, and a dedicated Ferrari Liaison to bridge the gap between factory heritage and community action.
Quadrant Directors Framework
A new conceptual framework and progression ladder designed to mentor and elevate directors, ensuring a sustainable pipeline for National leadership.
Responsiveness and Controllership

We recognize an opportunity to strengthen how enquiries to National are managed and followed through. We will establish clear service-level standards for responses, with appropriate oversight to ensure that enquiries receive timely, consistent and substantive follow-up.
We will introduce a comprehensive Code of Ethics for the Club, supported by clear accountability and oversight mechanisms that promote transparency, professionalism and consistent adherence to Club standards.
We will establish a robust Business Continuity Plan to protect the Club’s operations, improve organizational resilience and reduce single-point-of-failure risks.
Chapter President Portal
We will launch a digital suite of tools pre-set up for a new Chapter President so that they may access their tools NO LATER THAN THE SECOND WEEK of the Chapter President taking office. RegFox will have the Chapter President’s account info. Maptive will have the Region within which the Chapter President resides. Constant Contact will have the Chapter President’s username in the link. The FCA Gmail account will have the Chapter President’s email in the link.
A very specific guide for Chapter Presidents will be created from the Leadership Guide. The Leadership Guide will continue to be offered in Portal.
How To Guides on everything from creating a Rally, to ideas for events, will be broken out in “cards” for easy print-and-execute playlists.

Regional Partnership Chair
Regional Partnership Chair focuses on activations of the Partners and development of Regional partners, ensuring partners flex where they shine and members benefit from their presence.

A National Chair for Activation
By focusing on Activation, this will free up the National Partnership Chair to focus on recruiting more partners, while improving the value of these partnerships for both Member and Partner
The Regional Partnership Chair will identify opportunities for activations where the members reside, in their regions. Pairing products with venues, will expand the reach of our partners, while providing great membership value. Orchestrating Caymus Wine tastings at regional stake houses, Pirelli Tire discussions at Ferrari Dealerships, and Peristyle Wealth discussions at holiday parties are just some of the concepts to be explored.
Art of Activation
Regional Partnership Playbooks
Regional Partnership Chair will develop playbooks with strategies, market analysis and demographic information to help Regions develop their own meaningful partnerships.
Doubling Our Partnerships
The Regional Partnership Chair will be able to assist the National Partnership Chair in identifying excellent potential partners by leveraging new avenues and opportunities. There are several industries who should partner with the Ferrari Club of America that are currently missing. The Regional Partnership Chair will be able to help develop these . By 2028, our goal is to have a total of 10 meaningful, engaged National Partners, as well as a fabric of regional partners.
Communication Chair
The Communication Chair has been vacant for several years now. We will fill that gap in the first quarter, and provide a mandate to the Chair to unify messaging, focus communications on Club objectives, and build a better Club community. We will integrate better YoutTube content by collaborating with existing members with significant club reach, such as Tom Yang. and similar quality content creators. We will engage FerrariChat with a deliberate strategy to both inform members and highlight to potential members the value of the club. We will provide both controllership and activation to local social media, ensuring their good work is celebrated while maintaining the quality required by Ferrari.

Rally Chair
We will establish a new Rally Chair who will develop a tool set with applications, resources, and guides to ensure rallies are of high quality, safe and compliant with Ferrari Club regulations.
For those applications that require RD permissions (RegFox, for example), resources to help Rally Master set up the basics for the RD to then complete.
The Rally Chair will work with the Regional Partnership Chair to integrate activation opportunities into Club Rallies.

10,000 Members by 2028
Our vision centers on community growth and engagement, with the ultimate goal of 10,000 members by 2028. We believe there are opportunities to bring in the addressable market of 80,000 Ferrari owners to make this happen. Quality execution, professionalism, and enhanced value propositions underpin this effort.
Ferrari Ownership Guide

We will develop a 120 page book, with cost for printing offset with sponsorship, covering important notes about Ferrari ownership. It will not be a comprehensive guide, but it will be a useful resource, and valuable for members. Some subjects envisioned will be:
Safety equipment
Tire selection
Basic maintenance issues specific to Ferrari
Model-specific issues, and resources
A Classique discussion
Concours discussion
Annual Meet description
Lifestyle items (regalia store, dealership boutiques)
National Partnership Discount details and contact information
Information on contacting club representatives
Direct Connect Enhancements
We will build an archive of past Direct Connect videos, with an index. The index will reside behind the membership wall, while the videos will be hosted on our YouTube channel.
We will work with dealerships to promote events before and after they happen.
After each event, we will create a YouTube video highlighting the event and the dealership's, giving us and the dealership's more social media exposure.
We will explore live, in person events at the dealership and other enhancements to build the partnership with Ferrari and provide value to our members.

Strategic and Annual Plans

We will publish Strategic and Annual plans, with deliverables mapped against resources, deadlines, ownership and progress. We will share this with RDs for transparency on our progress or issues. Initiatives will be nested in key objectives, ensuring a focused, achievable annual program with long-term strategic goals. Such discipline will deliver Chapter Presidents the highest quality tools and capabilities so that they may focus on creating excellent experiences.
Implementation Roadmap
We are backing the above initiatives with a well planned Implementation Roadmap that has assigned responsibilities, meaningful deliverables, and deadlines with milestones. We will report back to membership on our progress, both success and failures, giving membership visibility on the professionalization of the Ferrari Club of America.
